About the Opportunity:
In October 2017, Chin Chin made its debut in Sydney’s Surry Hills. While keeping true to the original Chin Chin Melbourne, Chin Chin Sydney has its own style and local feel. Housed in the beautiful, historic and heritage listed Griffiths Tea building in Sydney’s Surry Hills, Chin Chin Sydney has its own unique personality and a menu that reflects of its own neighborhood.
Assist with the overall operational and financial management of the venue. Oversee our great team to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service every time.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary leadership with focus on crew development
- Understanding of financial targets
- Exceptional service skills and be guest focused
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Passion for hospitality
- Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- Experience using a Time & Attendance system, H&L or similar
- Must possess a valid RSA
