In this role, you will oversee the management and maintenance of the electronic diary for the Manager, ensuring timely responses on their behalf and coordinating branch reports for committee and ELT agendas. Your role will extend to drafting correspondence, coordinating recruitment for the branch, and providing supervision and leadership to Water Business Branch administrative support staff.

- Take a lead role in ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of three years related experience in a business/administration environment demonstrating sound knowledge of a business environment.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in effective supervision, mentoring, and staff development.
- Proven capacity to maintain high levels of confidentiality in a sensitive and complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, consult, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven high-level skill in providing situational leadership and coordinating complex projects/project management.
- Qualified in business administration or related field.
- Additional certifications in leadership or project management.
- Strong proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
