About this role
Looking for a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager to join our Private Advisory Team in Sydney.
Understanding how to grow our clients’ business means you will get involved a broad range of activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio offering a variety of international clients, corporate and privately owned businesses and collaborating with the teams across the firm
- Build close working relationships with our clients to provide proactive solutions
- Develop and implement commercial structures to assist clients in achieving their business and personal goals
- Develop and inspire a team consisting of associates and senior associates
- Engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and build the specialisation you wish to develop
Skills & experience
- Proven professional experience in a CA environment
- CA/CPA Qualified with a solid base Finance degree or similar
- Experience in leading the delivery of high quality and robust strategic advisory projects with a high level of independence and autonomy
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
- Demonstrated flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving
