This role will encompass staff management including mentoring and developing staff. Active participation in the leadership team with input into the strategic direction of the firm. There is a clear path to Partner.
The key duties of this role will include:
- Training, mentoring, managing WIP, reviewing, and developing a team of Accountants.
- Working closely with the firms long tenured business services clients
- Developing and implementing best practices in change management particularly relating to systems, processes, and staff performances.
- Build solid working relationships with new clients and internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant:
- 7+ years’ experience.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Registered Tax agent is desirable.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to create and implement best practices in the workplace.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
