Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong engagement with senior clients and provide governance for all key growth clients
- Drive the commercial performance of the AU business
- Lead new business opportunities, and spot opportunities for organic growth
- Motivate, inspire and support the team, being present wherever possible
- In partnership with the ECD & Strategy Director, look to improve the quality of our creative product
- Build and maintain strong peer relationships with UK & US colleagues
- Activate initiatives for client and staff retention
- Spot talent internally & externally and play an active role in recruitment
- Raise agency reputation gaining regular PR coverage in trade press
- Support DE&I initiatives implemented via global HR team
- 12+ years agency experience, integrated Creative Agency background preferred
- An ambitious self-starter; someone excited to run a small agency
- Extensive integrated Creative Agency experience (breadth across brand, creative, digital, social, events, PR)
- Proven leader (Experienced GAD/Client Partner/Managing Partner/CSD)
- Business savvy: the ability to spot opportunities to grow revenue
- Strong New Business track record, enjoy networking & leading pitches
- Commercially strong with experience in driving top line growth and margin excellence
- Superior Client engagement skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships
