Your new role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your focus will be on testing and evaluation. You'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing production implementation projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities include leading the collection of customer requirements, timely commissioning and validation of test equipment for defence projects, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Joining projects from early conception, you'll contribute to manufacturing processes and procedures while working collaboratively with a team. An understanding of mechatronics, electronics or control systems is highly desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
- Mechatronic Engineering experience.
- A strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Lean 6 sigma, other manufacturing methodology accreditations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- Australian Citizen
