AddressFRG Technology Consulting is hiring in collaboration with our client who are a fast growing AgTech company! Our client are on the lookout for a Manufacturing Manager to setup there manufacturing facility in Toowoomba.
This AgTech company is revolutionising the industry. They are a venture backed company with global ambition. There farming robots are already being used by many customers and they are going through a phase of explosive growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Helping achieve top line manufacturing targets (e.g. time, quality and budget)
- Create a budget for manufacturing facility following LEAN manufacturing methodology
- Choose facility and hire a team to meet these manufacturing targets
Experience Required
- Experience working as a Manufacturing Manager (or similar role) within a manufacturing facility
- Experience or good understanding of LEAN manufacturing methodology
- Mentorship experience with junior members
