We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our senior leadership team who has:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Manufacturing Manager or equivalent in a medium sized organisation;
- Knowledge of Switch room, kiosk and Switchboard manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership attributes with a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability;
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Project)
- Current “C” Class Western Australian Driver’s License
- Full work rights in Australia
- Safety and Risk Management Training (highly desirable)
- Management /Leadership qualifications (highly desirable)
This Welshpool based role will
- Supervise manufacturing operations to align with company values, strategies, and purpose.
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager.
- Identify and manage manufacturing-related risks, informing the General Manager promptly of any issues.
- Foster the growth of the Manufacturing Division through leadership principles, continuous improvement, and skill development.
- Recommend strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term vision planning.
- Review sales proposals and ensure manufacturing sales are optimized.
Engage in business development activities with existing and potential clients. - Monitor manufacturing resource requirements to meet company obligations.
- Foster efficient communication and collaboration across OFI teams.
Contribute actively to the Senior Management Team.
