You will be joining our team in Luscombe (near Yatala), reporting to the Manufacturing Manager where you will adhere to manufacturing procedures and provide the company with the tightest time and cost control measures possible.

What You Will Do
Being a highly motived, friendly professional, the Manufacturing Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate measurement of time and cost combined with procurement administration of all manufacture activities.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Administering change/variation process of manufacturing projects.
- Review and evaluate the commercial basis and pricing of any internal or external variations.
- Preparing Bills of Quantities and material take offs.
- Bid breakdown and allocation of costs.
- Assessing procurement requirements for manufacture projects.
- Maintaining scheduling of suppliers and sub-contractors to meet manufacturing program.
- Communication of manufacturing schedule with internal stakeholders.
- Progress measurement throughout the execution of manufacture activities.
- Complete manufacturing stocktake process monthly.
- Maintaining ATCO cost database and ensure cost control measures are maintained.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone who shares our values and belief that agility, integrity, caring, collaboration and safety underpins all the work we do.
To hit the ground running you will bring:
- Experience in a similar coordination or administrative role within manufacturing or construction industry.
- Experience in building material take offs, building design review and construction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise a dynamic workload.
- Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Databuild, Revit, Sage, SAP & MS Project/Primavera software (desirable)
