Our Southside Brisbane based client are global leader in their field when it comes to the manufacture and supply of its range of specialised products to the automotive and related industries.
Due to internal growth a newly created role has recently arisen for a suitably qualified candidate to take on the exciting role of Manufacturing Production Engineer based out of clients Australian Head office Southside of Brisbane.
In the role of Manufacturing Production Engineer key points of interest include:
- Lead a team of assemblers and production staff
- Some previous experience from within multi-faceted production assembly department or machine operation production environment advantageous
- Previous background from a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment beneficial
- Southside Brisbane based
- $60 - $70k pa + super
- Assist systems team with proto-typing new products
- Development and monitoring of Bill of Materials schedule for existing and new products
- Regular liaison with internal company stakeholders
- Be involved and look for areas for improved efficiencies through continuous improvement analysis
- Engineering Tertiary qualifications preferred
- Further career progression opportunities on the horizon in the short term also
