With growth plans to scale their £100m turnover business to over £200m over the next 5 years, this role is a key component to ensure that their targets are met by driving continuous improvement into production and to help design and implement new factory machinery and processes.    The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will form part of a small team whose remit is to deliver continuous improvement and machinery projects into production.
