About the role
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our Preparation, Dispensing and Packaging team. This full-time, ongoing position based from our state of the art Mount Waverley manufacturing facility.

You will be part of a motivated team assisting with the equipment preparation, dispensing, labelling and packaging of in-vitro diagnostic reagents in accordance with the Manufacturing schedule and quality standards.

Crucial to this role is the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, mechanical and technical aptitude, computer literacy, and prior experience in a GMP-controlled environment.

Demonstarted experience in documenting processes on approved Batch Process Sheets, operating automatic equipment in an aseptic processing environment, and conducting routine cleaning and environmental monitoring of aseptic processing areas will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in manual packaging, dispensing and labelling operations
  • Operation of automated dispensing equipment within an aseptic processing environment
  • Operation of automatic labelling equipment
  • Operation of sterilising equipment (Autoclaves and Hot Air Sterilisers)
  • Cleaning, Preparation and Autoclaving of stainless steel tanks and other small scale glass bottles and fittings
  • Documenting all aspects of the processes on approved Batch Process Sheets
  • Performing work centre clearances, in-process checks, product inspections and material reconciliations
  • Routine cleaning and environmental monitoring of aseptic processing areas
  • Issue and receipt of materials in line with manufacturing activities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures at all times and ensure a safe work environment.
