Outback Spirit Tours offers a range of unique adventure tours, desert safaris and luxury short stays across our beautiful country. Our adventures capture the very essence of Australia, from the rugged red cliffs of the Kimberley to the unspoiled natural wonder of Tasmania, we bring iconic experiences to life. We operate 10 lodges in some of the most remote, inaccessible and beautiful locations. Our team of guides, drivers, camp and operations staff are passionate about the outdoors and take pride in bringing our guests on the adventure of a lifetime.
The Role
Our Marine & Nature Guides are based at one of our lodges which are located in Arhnem Land. You will have the opportunity to live and work in an incredible location while showcasing the marine and nature that this remote region of Australia has to offer.
You will be required to lead tours, provide our guests with insightful and up to date commentary and ensure they have an experience of a lifetime. You will have a flair for maintaining guest engagement while guest safety and comfort front of mind as they experience the breathtaking scenery these remote locations have to offer.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a knack for making people feel at ease
- Ability to solve problems without compromising on the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Current and valid MR licence and be skilled in driving over 4WD terrain
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Required Guiding Accreditations
- Availability to work based on our tour dates, which commence between February and May, and ending in November (location dependent)
