As we work towards our goal of better health for better lives, we value the knowledge and contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. We are working hard to create an inclusive workplace and develop Indigenous careers.
We are looking for an experienced Propositions Marketing Manager to support the business in creating brilliantly connected marketing experiences across Medibank’s customer journeys that result in commercial success and the realisation of our 2030 vision. This role is a permanent position and sits within the CX, Marketing & Insight team, which are masteries of the Excellence Hub (Marketing).

This role will see you:
- Deciding if your day is best spent working from home or the office. We don’t go for mandated office attendance here at Medibank, but we will need you to come along to team days and events when they’re on.
- Influencing and guiding proposition development through the discovery and design phase to maximise business and customer success.
- Identifying, designing, and integrating propositions across customer journeys.

- Establishing a continuous feedback loop for released propositions (performance and customer response) to inform design optimisation.
- Taking some time to recharge your batteries and encouraging others to do the same – you might grab a takeaway coffee and head out for a walking one on one with a team member, get to the gym for a lunchtime class or block out calendar time to attend to your childs school assembly.
