This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our market expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to activate and engage our target audience, ensuring the successful launch and sustained growth of our products and services.More specifically you will:Lead the Activation Program in Australia and New Zealand, working closely with the Sales team on connection, engagement and execution of all initiativesScope, create and analyse Market Activation campaigns for the Australia and New Zealand marketCreate and own the Market Activation Calendar for agreed territories in the Australia New Zealand regionIdentify the most effective marketing solution for a range of commercial Sales’ objectivesReview and process incoming requests in the ‘Market Activation’ portal on SalesforceAct as the Key Marketing Lead on customer marketing programs ensuring agreed objectives are achievedUtilise the Marketing Cloud platform to deliver effective EDM campaigns in conjunction with activation campaign objectivesFollow existing processes to maintain the team’s operational effectivenessSupport our tradeshow activity as and when required to drive lead generation and market positioningCreate and modify marketing and point of sale collateral as appropriate for use in different markets and regionsSupports the sales teams and distributors with new product information and sales tool kitsCoordinating/briefing product or campaign-based photography for Market Activation campaignsManage marketing-related expenditure in line with budgetAbout You 3-8 years’ experience in a Marketing/Marketing Executive/Marketing Coordination roleBachelor of Business in Marketing or similarDemonstrated ability to use project management tools for Market Activation campaigns such as AsanaExcellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, DetIntel Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and design platform CanvaUnderstanding of Adobe Illustrator (Highly desirable)Knowledge of packaging industry, and strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviorFlexibility to travel nationally and (infrequently) internationallyWhat's In It for You?Recognised Employer of Choice by the Australian Business Awards (ABAA)Market competitive remuneration reviewed regularlyA commitment to your ongoing professional development through training and career-growth opportunitiesA Company that is committed to corporate social responsibility – through supporting local communities and charities, and our commitment to sustainable and ethical sourcingA holistic and comprehensive health and wellbeing program so our people feel supported to be at their bestOther benefits include: An active social club, Free Flu Vaccinations, Free onsite Parking and Regular Celebrations of SuccessFlexible Work Arrangements:For the exceptional candidates, we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements, including part-time schedules (3 days per week minimum, 4 days preferred)If you are a self-motivated, proactive individual with a passion for customer centricity, click apply now.
