What will you be doing?
This engaging opportunity will report to the General Manager - ANZEA and will be responsible for the development and success of our marketing strategy & execution, online presence, and eCommerce platforms, throughout Australia, New Zealand and East Asia.
Key Responsibilities will include.
Development and execution of tactical marketing initiatives to drive awareness, create demand and ultimately increase sales.
Develop, manage, and execute Minelab’s regional social media presence ensuring that it remains relevant and aligned to regional social norms.
Managing the regional eCommerce websites ensuring that all online analytics are continuously reviewed and improved to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of all content.
Liaise closely with e-commerce service providers and agencies to optimising online content and quality.
Create “company stores” on relevant marketplaces and ensure all ecommerce marketing opportunities are maximised.
Actively participate in the development of Minelab’s marketing strategy for the ANZEA region
About You
The Market Development Manager position represents a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your existing experience within online and ecommerce marketing and continue to progress your career within an engaging global team environment. To be successful in your application for this newly created opportunity you will ideally be degree qualified within a related field and have demonstrated experience of optimisation and aligned organic sector growth on key social media platforms. Experience within the Magento platform would be highly regarded but is not considered essential.
We are seeking a highly committed, results orientated professional with high level interpersonal and communication skills, who is self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision within in a fast-paced multi-functional environment.
