As the new Market Manager your days would be a thrilling mix - whether it's organising scenic sea plane rides with seafood and bubbles over Sydney Harbour, private yacht cruises around Pittwater or canyoning in the Blue Mountains.

Focus:
- As our Market Manager for NSW/ACT you will own your market, developing and executing strategic commercial plans that drive growth and innovation within your market.
- You will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing suppliers whilst also driving acquisition of new experiences across our leading brand portfolio.
- You will leverage our network of Big Red Group products and services, building joint business plans, growing mutually beneficial strategic partnerships and negotiating commercial deals.
- You will thrive spending 50% of your time travelling to meet with suppliers and having the opportunity to explore some of the best experiences across New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory.
- You will thrive in a commercial environment, with the ability to flex with ease from strategy to execution with a dedicated team of operations executives working hard behind the scenes to enable you and our suppliers.
- You will be the face of our brands in the market with a strong understanding of the market dynamics, competitive landscape, pricing and strategic opportunities.
What are we looking for?
- Bring 8+ years of proven success in Market Management, Key Accounts, Business Development, or Business Management.
- Expert in strategic negotiations, joint business plans, and solutions-based selling.
- Drive growth strategies for Big Red Group and suppliers.
- Track record of closing complex deals and partnering with marketing for impactful outcomes.
- An industry influencer who is passionate about educating, coaching and guiding suppliers to drive engagement and adoption of our BRG sustainability and accessibility strategy enabling us to truly shift the way people experience life.
