An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Marketing All-rounder, with a passion for digital. In this role, you will have responsibility for all websites, social media channels and activities, while growing existing channels for a nationwide medical practice group. You will work directly with the CEO and the Operations Team to manage all the marketing channels for the group.
Key responsibilities
Your main duties and responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage websites across the group (Wordpress Multisite and Kadence theme)
- Developing and managing social media channels across the group (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram)
- SEO development and refinement including local SEO across the group for each website/GMB including on and off page SEO
- Developing, maintaining and optimising SEM - paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Be familiar with SEO tools such as Yoast, and AI marketing tools
- Develop a digital marketing campaign to develop the digital presence of each of the medical practices and improve patient engagement.
- Be responsible for marketing for recruitment of doctors and staff across multiple channels.
- Develop B2B marketing to promote the practices to nearby business and government employees and staff for employment medicals, preventative health measures and general medical services.
- Develop advertising and other promotional material to highlight practices location and services to the local community.
- Identify opportunities for further marketing development and promotion.
- Develop, monitor and report on campaign performance including analytics, ROI, recommending and implementing changes based on data-driven insights.
- Create email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Other responsibilities and special projects that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Digital Marketing
Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in improving digital presence including website (wordpress) content administration, email campaigns and surveys
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Able to hit-the-ground-running.
- Experience working with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Organisational and time management skills are a must.
- Highly energetic, results driven, and a strategic thinker who loves to solve problems.
- Ability to devise and review systems for operational efficiency and control.
