Newly created position in which you can manage the organisations customer management platform and integrity of customer data. The role will be heavily analytical providing the Marketing & Sales Teams across luxury retail dealerships with customer data insights that identify market and customer segment opportunities for growth.
- Understand, develop & enrich customer segments across the businesses
- Develop customer lifecycle strategy (acquisition, retention, growth) including KPI goals for the wider network including but not limited to growing the active customer base, contactability rate, increasing customer retention, average sales transaction and frequency
- Provide data driven insights into growth opportunities of each customer segment
- Provide data driven insights to sales and marketing teams to assist in building marketing strategies to each customer segment
- Assist with the development of targeted marketing campaigns based on customer profiles
- Develop customer journey mapping
- Provide data insights into company loyalty program
- Maintain the CRM system, ensuring consistency of approach and integrity of the data
- Maintain the EDM platform customer data
- Maintain consistency of data across multiple company platforms
