About the role
Our client are looking for aMarketing Analyst to join their Melbourne team, supporting both the AU and NZ B2B Card Portfolios.
The purpose of the B2B Marketing Analyst role is to support the Marketing Support Team (GBS) and wider B2B Marketing Squad, providing clear business performance information to facilitate the delivery of business objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in Business, Statistics, Business Systems or a related discipline.
- Previous experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft Suite are considered highly advantageous.
- 2+ years of commercial campaign or marketing analytics experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing business/commercial performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data/trends into actional insights reporting those back to wider marketing team.
- Demonstrated ability in generating and apply customer insights.
- Ability to work in a large global organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Experience working within or alongside data-driven marketing teams.
- Experience with MarTech platforms such Adobe and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understand of big data and how to translate that into a CRM or data strategy.
Accountabilities:
Campaign Management
- Play a leading role in developing, collating and pulling campaign audiences for B2B Marketing campaigns.
- Working with Sales and Brand Marketing teams on future opportunities to offering to our B2B customers.
- Work closely with Brand, Business Development and Sales teams to deliver data-driven campaigns where required.
Business Analytics and Reporting
- Lead the development and on-going management of performance reporting dashboards.
- Work closely with the Marketing Support Team & B2B Squad to forecast future campaign and commercial performance, cost and ROI.
- Work with the Marketing Support team to provide written commentary on performance, gathering insights both internally and externally.
- Translate data and analysis into written reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Interpreting results and enable business to leverage the results to maximise value.
- Translate data and reporting into insights enable the business/CRM marketing team to make informed decisions.
- Identify additional opportunities to optimize and further leverage data and segmentation.
- Assist the marketing team with technical needs where appropriate.
- Form effective working relationships with third party partners and internal stakeholders to improve operational performance.

- Adhere to all policies and procedures aimed at protecting their health and safety.
- Use any equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Ensure appropriate housekeeping and tidiness of their work areas.
- Demonstrate commitment to health and safety through participation in formal and informal discussions, workplace hazard inspections and audits where required.
- Participate where required in the resolution of health and safety issues.
