Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, (or a related field) or demonstrated industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Marketing and Communications principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including (but not limited to) Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Premier Pro, website updates, SEO etc. Graphic design skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as individually.
- Passion for the aviation / aerospace industry is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and company website, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions.
- Work with the Managing Director in a Personal Assistant role (minimal and only as required).
