Proquip Rental and Sales is a leading supplier of heavy earth moving equipment to the construction industry with branches across Victoria and in Western Australia. The organisation is experiencing a period of substantial growth and is seeking to appoint a strategic and hands on leader to sprearhead and support the Marketing function across all facets of the business.
The overall responsibility of the Marketing and Communications Manager will be to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote Proquip and its products/services across al its geographic areas of operation, while engaging internal and external customers,. driving growth, building brand equity, and creating value for the company by effectively promoting its products, services, and brand to the target audience.

- You are a real hands-on Manager with the ability to think strategically, roll your sleeves up and execute the strategy and build a pro-active and well managed team as the marketing function matures.
- You are able to effectively engage the broader company and internal stakeholders in the marketing function

About the role:
Your core tasks will include:
Strategic Planning:
• Take a hands-on approach to campaign implementation, including content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and campaign optimization. Roll up your sleeves to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborative Leadership:
• Build, lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team and the broader organisation in the marketing function, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Budget Management:
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Brand Management:
• Uphold and enhance brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Events Management:
• Work closely with the Business Development team to execute customer focused events that promote the company’s’ products and services in regional and targeted areas to drive customer loyalty and increase revenue
