About You
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to support our boutique team based on Collins St, Melbourne. Our ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver that can successfully organise and confidently run conferences, events, and incentive programs autonomously. Being confident to be able to travel on your own and support C-suite executive is a must.
Duties include but not subject to:
- Daily Account management, servicing and inspiring our clients,
- Managing incentives and events from inception through to execution without direct supervision,
- Quoting and booking group flights, accommodation, and transfers,
- Liaise with destination management companies to facilitate ground content bookings,
- Building, researching, and providing creative and innovative proposals based on the client’s brief,
- Uphold accurate and detailed traveller records including manifests, rooming lists, meal, and dietary requirements,
- Venue sourcing and site inspections,
- Processing financials and budget reconciliation,
- Reward and recognition program management,

Skills & Experience
- Australian working rights,
- Valid passport,
- Minimum 5 years, event and incentive travel management experience,
- EventsAir experience,
- Genuine interpersonal skills with the ability to build and grow client relationships,
- A strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations are essential,
- Strong financial management skills to prepare budgets and manage reconciliations,
- A positive can-do attitude,
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours and on weekends for event execution, domestically and internationally.
