This diverse role will see you working on a range of different campaigns and forms of design, from websites to video, new brand ideas, email Marketing and social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials and new products, including digital and print assets.
- Design, develop and execute captivating social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, EDM and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Ideate, script, shoot, and edit videos/campaigns that tell compelling stories and drive user engagement.
- Keep a vigilant eye on industry trends, emerging platforms, and cultural conversations to ensure our content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Assist the Marketing Manager to Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise content reach and engagement.
- Act as a social media trendsetter, experimenting with new formats, techniques, to keep our content ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have at a minimum: 1 year of Graphic Design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- The role requires a sound knowledge of the following programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Wordpress, Shopify, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook Business, Canva. Ability to work in MAC-based environment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator with videography and photography or similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of coffee, food, and beverage offerings is a plus.
- Must have a car and valid driving license.
