We are an Australian-based company situated in Braeside, Melbourne and we are seeking a passionate marketing professional with experience in graphic design and digital marketing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel for sales/stock analysis, supporting product portfolio management, promotional plan, and reporting to the GM and sales team.
- Managing promotional programs and calendars, collaborating with the sales and purchase team to develop strategic promotions.
- Using Mailchimp to implement email campaigns, such as Company Newsletter, New Product Communication, and Promotion Program.
- Researching, designing, and creating digital and print materials, including social media content, email campaigns, product catalogues, advertisements, labels, packaging, sales sheets, and promotional materials.
- Managing and executing engaging social media content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Maintaining and updating both the company's and own brands' websites, and E-commerce platform.
- Assisting in content creation and building for brands, including brand stories, product mock-ups, and lifestyle images.
- Updating labels and nutritional panels for existing products.
- A “Can do” attitude and good learning capability.
Graphic Design
- Packaging and label design experience is a must.
- Create eye-catching marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets.
- Design visually appealing graphics for web and social media.
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Experience working with tight deadlines and schedules
- Follow guidelines and requirements for handling graphics and specifications.
- Typesetting, photo editing, and retouching experience with high attention to detail
- Website updates and upkeep of company websites (updating images, descriptions, etc)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years in graphic design and marketing coordination.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
