Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Chinese platforms like "Little Red Book."
- Content Creation: Create engaging and optimized content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track effectiveness and ROI, and provide regular reports.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
- CRM Management: Develop and manage CRM systems to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and Lead Generation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Experience with Chinese social media platforms, particularly "Little Red Book," is a plus.
- Experience in using various social media platforms effectively.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred.
- Experience in the financial services or forex trading industry is highly desirable.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $29 - $44 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
- Hours: 20 - 30 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours based on performance and business needs.
