What you'll be doing
The Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of a strategic marketing plan for the Breast Cancer Institute. This primarily includes responsibility to ensure that target outcomes for all eligible women with BreastScreen NSW Sydney West as per current contract with the Cancer Institute NSW are achieved. Ensure recruitment accreditation processes and numerical profiles are met and documented and regularly reviewed to support these processes.

Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in communication, health promotion, marketing, public relations or other similar field with experience.
- Proven ability to achieve promotion targets, manage staff and administer projects.
- Knowledge and experience of population based health programs.
- Highly developed communication, and interspersonal skills with proven ability to represent the services at a high level on client recruitment matters with key stakeholders eg:Cancer Institute, LHD, community, multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and meetings.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in the program design and evaluation, media writing and liaison, health education and community development.
- Demonstrated skills in development and implementation and evaluation of strategic plan aimed at improving the participation rate of target women in the service’s target catchment area.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.
- Demonstrated people management experience with small and large teams of direct reports.
