Based in the beautiful Northern Beaches, Modern Movement Yoga is a group of yoga studios with the community at the heart of what we do.
We have a unique opportunity for the right person to join our team as a part time Social Media and Marketing Coordinator working 20 hours per week initially with room to grow.

If this sounds like you, your role will include the following:
- Proactively work across business to identify areas where efficiencies could be implemented
Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok)
- Driving our Social Media audience
- Planning, analytics and reporting
- Staying up to date on Social Media trends, identifying and suggesting opportunities to grow our brand and Social audience
- Content creating (canva and video)
- Scheduling (posts & stories via meta business suite)
- Engaging with and managing comments
- Linktree - updating links
Paid Advertising
- Liaising with Ad team on current ads, aesthetics, brand fonts, colours, guidelines
- Ensuring live content is aligned to brand vibe
- Quarterly check ins
- Sending through new content with daily budgets when needed
Website
- Maintaining a current and visually appealing website that reflects our brand
- Writing engaging SEO optimised workshop and training descriptions and content for our online store
- Weekly updates and additions
- Adding new links to web pages
- Creating content in canva in specific spec sizes for Website
- Creating new sign up pages, new training pages etc
Email Marketing
- Create an EDM plan in alignment with Community Calendar (1-2 months in advance)
- Create engaging and visually aligned weekly and monthly EDMs for multiple communities, utilising segmentation within Klaviyo
- Quarterly check ins with email flows to monitor and optimise open and click rates
- Weekly reporting, monitoring and updating
Additional requirements:
- Be able to work autonomously
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills, previous experience of copywriting
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or proven experience with Marketing and Social
- Have proven history of all of the above
