As The Fit Lab continues to grow, we need a talented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Working across our huge Gym, Allied Health Clinic and High Performance Center, you will have the opportunity to create engaging media campaigns for each area.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create compelling content, including images, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and manage Social Media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve our online presence.
- Collaborate with the Management team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and other promotional efforts.
- Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional assets, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
What you'll have
- Proven work experience in Social Media or a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in content creation and Social Media management tools.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize Social Media performance.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
