AddressSnap Fitness Windaroo are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated casual Club Assistant/Social Media coordinator to join our team.
You must have a love for the health & fitness industry, a passion for social media, and the energy and enthusiasm to support the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of a busy health club. This role has two key focus areas; providing support through content creation, content management and planning across social media platforms; and providing key assistance to the Club Manager to drive sales and profitability and ensure a continued high standard of service is provided to members.
We want people with passion who possess the vision, attitude, integrity & drive to grow and develop this club! As this is a very community-based club we are searching for someone who can actively engage with members and local business and maintains an ownership mindset throughout their daily tasks.
About the role
The primary purpose of this casual position is to assist the Club Manager in the day to day running of the club, including obtaining leads and converting them into membership sales. The Sales Assistant also contributes to the administration of the club by undertaking general administrative tasks which are mainly as a result of the sales process, as well as create content and manage the club’s social media. The role average 10-12 hours/week, and you must be available to work Saturdays 9am-12pm.

Must have qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness is desirable but not mandatory.
- Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
- Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
