Another business is Helping Community Solutions. HCS is a community services organization established to assist the Department of Communities in housing at-risk youth during times of crisis. HCS offers solutions to help young people in crisis, including temporary and group foster care.
Our marketing team is made up of likeminded individuals who enjoy creative work but also seek to build the Xanadu brands in a positive and proactive manner. They know they can always learn from others and are open to new ideas.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in social media and are up to date with current trends and will love working in Marketing, being creative!
Responsibilities:
• Documenting, collating and curating content (including photos and videos) for us to use on social media platforms and our staff newsletter
• Coordinating and attending events, including associated tasks
• Marketing Research - collecting information about upcoming events and community activities
• Building organised content libraries in our Google Drive of marketing materials
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders across our businesses to gain insight into news and events occurring in their areas
• Coordinating Employee of the Month nominations
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Marketing (degree or other)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, marketing team and external suppliers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and high energy with fresh ideas
• Resourceful and self motivated, seeks new tasks and is proactive in the work environment
