The Role:
As a key support role within the marketing department, you’ll be liaising across Health Clubs, Head Office departments and marketing suppliers to assist in delivering Fitness Cartel’s marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team to ensure a smooth-running department.
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, eDMs and paid advertising.
- Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand's aesthetic and target audience.
- Contributing to the delivery of creative campaign ideas and research on industry trends.
- Proofread marketing materials, collate feedback, and ensure strict brand standards.
- Design and execute email nurture campaigns to move leads through the marketing funnel.
- Assist with marketing events and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and feedback on social media.
- Assist with organising and coordinating photoshoots.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Qualification in Marketing or Communications.
- Previous experience in a marketing role - Fitness, Sport, Health or Wellness is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and written.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficient in the use of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google Suite, Facebook & Instagram reels, Tiktok.
- Social media and eDM campaign experience - MailChimp, Survey monkey.
- Copywriting and editing skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for Health & Fitness.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task/priorities
- A "can do" attitude with a thirst for learning & ambition for growth.
- Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented.
- Have a strong work ethic.
We currently have 13 locations, & our goal is to have more than 60 clubs by 2029! We have more than 35,000 members, are opening six to eight clubs per year, AND are about to launch two NEW brands.
