We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, including promotions, special events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage and update the restaurant's social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
- Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, menus, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing marketing assets.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing support or administrative role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
