The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote Smoothlink's products and services, while also ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Graphic Design:** Create visually compelling graphic designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media content, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials. Ensure all designs align with Smoothlink's branding guidelines and resonate with our target audience.2. **Marketing Strategy:** Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales within the software and construction industries. Collaborate with internal teams to identify key objectives and devise effective marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.3. **Software and Construction Industry Expertise:** Leverage previous experience and understanding of the software and construction industries to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to meet the specific needs and preferences of these sectors.4. **Social Media Management:** Manage Smoothlink's social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with our audience. Leverage insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance, continually striving for improvement and innovation.**Requirements:**- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on graphic design and campaign management within the software and/or construction industries.
- Exceptional graphic design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
