As a Marketing Assistant - Motorcycles and Powersports you will play a key role in the expansion of the Brisans brand. We are currently looking for a friendly, honest and driven person to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate's role will include the ability to:
- Update, publish and maintain group websites in line with best practices.
- Prepare media to publish on third-party websites in line with best practices.
- Prepare and maintain point-of-sale material and internal price lists.
- Complete graphic design (working knowledge of Canva/Adobe suite) and copywriting tasks.
- Create, schedule and post content to media platforms – particularly Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business and YouTube.
- Ensure all content complies with internal and stakeholder Corporate Identity standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and provide reports from various group analytic systems and databases with an understanding of optimisation and improvement.
- Prepare marketing reports and plans for stakeholders to receive marketing approvals and process claims.
- Create compelling digital and print design solutions that sell and generate leads across group departments.
- Assist with management and maintenance of group media platforms.
- Assist in responding to online messages, enquiries, comments and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate and co-ordinate website, SEO, e-mail, social media and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement marketing campaigns for events, products and launches.
- Co-ordinate and attend group events and leverage marketing opportunities.
- Assist and liaise with media, public relations and sponsorship outreach opportunities.
- Assist with production of all company branded items to be communicated externally.
- Liaise with external media buyers to maximise ROI of TV, print, outdoor and online advertising campaigns.
To be considered for this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven exceptional customer service and professional presentation.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and design/editing software.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic skills in content creation and editing.
- Ability to learn and possess a deep understanding of products and services.
- Experience and general knowledge with motorcycles (preferred).
- Ability to safely ride and move motorcycles and hold a current motorcycle licence (preferred)
