The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra is in search of a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team to deliver the current concert profile and 2025 Season launch. As a key support role within the marketing department, you’ll be liaising across internal departments and marketing suppliers to assist in delivering concert marketing plans and collateral. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team to ensure an smooth-running department.
- Proofread marketing materials, collate feedback, and ensure strict brand standards.
- Assist with concert programs, content creation for various marketing channels, and coordinate front-of-house displays and signage.
- Liaise with suppliers for direct mail and collateral distribution, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Implement and monitor social media campaigns, providing statistical data for future development.
- Assist with marketing events and cross-promotional opportunities.
