We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team in our multi-venue hospitality group. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and websites. Collaborate with the team to develop multimedia content, ensuring it aligns with venue brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring social media performance. Contribute ideas to enhance our online presence and audience engagement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, and coordinating marketing materials and supplies. Assist in maintaining organized marketing files and databases.
- Promotional Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions. Coordinate logistics, develop mechanics, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure smooth operations to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Data Analysis: Assist in monitoring marketing analytics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign performance. Contribute to the preparation of reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Assist in gathering data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Graphic Design Support: Assist in creating basic graphic designs for marketing materials using design software. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing content.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Marketing/Communications degree beneficial but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
