As the Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include coordinating the day-to-day operations for two leading Australian Fashion brands' digital channels including website, EDM, PR seeding and social media. Working closely with the Designers, and Sales Manager to produce and curate collateral for local and international retail partners and own channels.
We are seeking a highly organised and creative individual who can seamlessly balance the dual responsibilities of co-ordinating our social media and marketing efforts.
The Role:
- Develop, implement, and co-ordinate our social media strategy across two Fashion Brands
- Create engaging, innovative, unique and high quality content (written images, videos) to promote our brands
- Curate an aesthetically pleasing instagram with a strong brand identity.
- Be able to edit and create IG Reels and TikTok Videos
- Website management: product content creation to upload using the Shopify platform, updating homepage banners and site pages,
- Experience creating automated marketing campaigns in Klayvio such as welcome cycles, and email drip campaigns
- Weekly reporting and analysis of sales statistics and results from campaign activities, providing feedback and suggestions on optimizations
- Execution of social media strategies for our brand campaigns to drive brand engagement and results.
- Produce marketing material for both in-store and online marketing activations, and brand collateral - ensuring brand tone of voice and ethos are communicated effectively
- Ownership of PR & Influencer seeding program, ensuring collaborations are on-brand while establishing new and long-term relationships with brand partners.

Skills:
- Design - experience using branded templates as well as producing original content as required for use across multiple platforms including website, social media, advertising
- Copywriting - the ability to write copy for web content, mobile, social media, SEO, email campaigns
- Digital - updating custom theme and general site maintenance
- Email - knowledge, and execution of automated email marketing campaigns using Klayvio
ABOUT YOU:
- Possess a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and strong industry knowledge of the local and international fashion landscapes
- Positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously but also as a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, social media, or related (preferred)
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in a professional environment
- Experience in digital/online marketing is crucial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in Shopify, Klayvio, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Knowledge of creating email marketing campaigns using Klayvio is essential
