Your opportunity
Our Marketing teams focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences every day by executing best-in-class activations and campaigns, partnering with retailers, and connecting with customers and the community.
In the role of Casual Marketing Assistant at Westfield Woden, you will contribute to the marketing team's efforts by assisting in event coordination, communication, and the flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Execution of Centre events and digital campaigns.
- Assist with the planning, management, and delivery of the annual marketing strategy for the centre (across digital, direct & social media touch points),
- Coordinate centre signage from production through to implementation in centre.
- Processing of invoices, sales and traffic reports and other administrative duties.
- Building relationships with retailers, shoppers, community groups and other stakeholders.
This casual position is based at Westfield Woden, requiring a commitment of two workdays each week.

- Prior experience in organizing events and activations.
- Previous involvement in marketing tasks, including managing digital and social media channels.
- Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong enthusiasm for thriving in a dynamic environment, with a proven talent for planning and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will need to confidently engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
