About the Role
Playing a key role in our marketing team you will the driving force in shaping and executing our Marketing Automation plan within our Ezidebit and Eway businesses.
Key to your success will be your ability to enhance the end-to-end journey for our new and existing partners and merchants. Beyond this, you will play a crucial role in continuously refining our sales funnel and devising retention strategies to minimize churn.
Other key area of responsibilities will include:

  • Development, documentation and execution of e-mail campaigns for our segments (partners and merchants) to drive customer engagement, cross-sell, upsell and retention;
  • Develop and build a marketing segmentation model for our customers in collaboration with the Marketing team;
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer journey, documenting insights to create a comprehensive view that informs strategic decisions.
  • Provide and understand insight and feedback to inform the marketing and content strategy;
  • Take ownership of customer product and migration engagement programs, ensuring seamless transitions and positive customer experiences;
  • Develop a model to leverage internal and external triggers to engage customers;
  • Coordination of assets and Marketing Automation, landing page creation, testing, proofing, and execution into the market;
  • Develop and contribute to the overall demand and lead generation strategy.
About You
You are a hands-on results driven marketer with a passion for automation. You will have extensive experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns ideally in FinTech, Financial Services or SaaS. You have a strategic mindset and can effectively leverage Marketing Automation for business success.
You will also bring:
  • 3+ years experience in a Marketing Automation role (including front and back-end experience with tools such as Marketo or Pardot);
  • Experience with tooling integration into Salesforce (eg: Chilli Piper, Calendly, Send Safely, etc);
  • Demonstrated experience in A/B testing methodologies, messaging optimisation, and thorough campaign analysis;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and customer segmentation to drive targeted and personalised marketing efforts;
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and other web programming languages;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels;
  • Excellent teamwork skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of the organisation;
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
