About The Role
As the Marketing Data & Automation Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert on customers data and the sit at the intersection of the Data, IT, Digital, and Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive growth within the loyalty team where you are the subject matter expert on our customers data.
- You will leverage your expertise in Braze & Segment (or similar platforms) to build, continuously optimise and improve journeys across our end-to-end customer experience.
- Nurture our customers through their purchasing journeys and loyalty program to increase its effectiveness for the business.
- Interrogate the customer funnel for the next most profitable optimisation opportunity
- Drive experimenting, iterating, and learning to find the sweet spot for each customer cohort.
- Leverage our unique data assets to create seamlessly personalised journeys.
To be considered, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
- Experience and longevity working with marketing automation & email marketing platforms.
- Track record record working in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or intelligence systems; such as Segment, Klayvio, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Technical understanding of HTML and SQL.
- Passion for insights and analytics with the ability to leverage unique data assets to create seamless personalised journeys.
- Proven skills as a leader and decision maker with the ability to exercise judgement and show initiative.
- The ability to manage a complex array of stakeholders with competing priorities.
