Our Customer division is essential for engaging with our audience to deliver service line stories. This includes content creation, campaign strategy, market research and insights, digital projects, creative designs, social media presence, and supporting sales through lead generation and customer service.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Marketing and in collaboration with the broader Marketing and Communications team you will be responsible for one of our key business services portfolio's marketing strategies, campaigns events and activities. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate internally to deliver sector-based campaigns, ensuring they meet sector and business needs, brand and strategic objectives.
- Manage the planning of sector marketing budgets
- Provide regular reports to key sector leadership and stakeholders
- Managing and working with a dedicated and focused specialist agency
This is a full time position where you'll have a hybrid working model, between working from home, our State Office in Box Hill. The remuneration for this role is $125,850.79 inclusive of super
About You
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with an ability to think strategically and execute operationally. Additionally, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic campaign planning, with an understanding of advertising, marketing, digital and print media planning
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to successfully influence and negotiate
- Project management experience including managing budgets, priorotising tasks and time management
- Previous experience within NFP or NGO sector would be highly advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Project Management (or a degree or post-graduate qualification that demonstrates similar skills) desirable.
