About the Opportunity
As part of the Marketing Team the Marketing Business Partner (AEDA) will provide support to the Agency to develop and action the AEDA Marketing and Brand Strategy through the execution of marketing and communications activities.
Some of the day-to-day things you may see yourself doing include:
- Managing the implementation and development of marketing and communication strategies and plans, to meet the AEDA objectives, across a range of areas and drive successful implementation and report on performance.
- Working autonomously to make strategic marketing and communication decisions on behalf of AEDA for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Managing marketing and communication budgets.
- Management of multiple stakeholders to ensure outcomes are aligned with the marketing strategic plan objectives and consumer focussed marketing and communications best practice.
- Representing AEDA on joint marketing/communication teams with key external stakeholders e.g. State Government.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Substantial experience in managing and developing customer-centric marketing strategy and initiatives to deliver organisational outcomes.
- Proven ability in collaborating and influencing stakeholders to deliver solutions in a complex and/or political working environment.
- Strong data driven thinking, analytical skills, comprehensive experience with digital technologies and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
- Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver strategic and organisational outcomes.
- Ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions and achieve outcomes that advance objectives that add value through process or service improvement.
