Job DescriptionWe are in search of a Marketing
Team Leader with a flair for creativity and a savvy analytical mind to help drive our marketing strategy across both our digital offering of TABtouch and our retail brand TAB.This exciting role is responsible for assisting in the development of the marketing strategy, leading the relationship with our creative and media partners as well as monitoring, optimising and reporting on campaign results. You will also be the lynchpin between our product and customer insights team. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role.You should have an exceptional ability for detailed planning, implementing, and reviewing campaign activity to maximise results in a highly competitive and fast-paced market, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities at any one time.You will also be leading team of two highly experienced marketing co-ordinators, assisting in their development and helping to achieve success for the brand.Please note this role is a 12-month maximum term contract to cover parental leave. We are seeking a full-time candidate based in Perth, who is open to collaborating at our head office in Osborne Park a few days a week.Some of the duties include but not limited to:
- Manage the marketing relationship with TAB retail business - bring well-thought-out structured ideas and act on requests in a timely manner.
- Develop, monitor, track, and report on paid advertising campaigns against the agreed KPI's and objectives.
- Work with the marketing manager to help create then implement the quarterly marketing plans and objectives.
- Develop, support and coach Market Coordinators
- Responsible for ensuring all marketing and campaign material is compliant with legislation including coordinating quality checks within Compliance and organising approvals both internally and externally.
QualificationsAbout You:- A natural leader, helping to shape, lead and develop our marketing co-ordinators.
- Possess an undergraduate degree in marketing/business/commerce or related.
- Ideally 5 years' experience in a marketing/advertising or related field.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- An eye for detail and able to work at pace.
- You are passionate about sports and/ or racing.
- Strong and well developed stakeholder engagement skillset.
