About the role.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, the SFMC Developer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation, enhancement, and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within Latitude. This individual is responsible for development and implementation of various Campaigns/Journeys/automation/audiences.
In this role, you'll:
- Develop and implement responsive, dynamic, and personalized email templates and landing pages
- Develop and implement integrated marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems, data sources, and APIs
- Monitor end to end marketing Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements
- Offer guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on best practices and optimal use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
- Assist in the configuration and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including email marketing, automation, and customer journeys.
- Oversee data integration and data management processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT professionals and external consultants to resolve integration issues and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations, issue resolutions, and best practices.
About you:
- Must demonsrtate experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation on a number of projects
- Strong experience in developing responsive email templates and landing pages
- Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's various modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Automation Studio
- Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interactions and APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, or a related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant) are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
