Prime Value Asset Management, a multi-award winning, boutique Australian investment manager is currently looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator with financial services experience, preferably in funds management. With an impressive history of building wealth with investors since 1998, we manage in excess of $3.0 billion across various asset classes including income securities, equities, property, and alternative assets.
We have an opportunity within our Sydney office for a marketing co-ordinator or marketing executive looking to take the next step in a role which offers room for growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you can expect a busy and dynamic environment working with key stakeholders across all asset classes. This position will suit someone who enjoys a fast pace and lots of variety in their day to day.
We will count on you to:
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across a range of channels
- Develop marketing and communications assets with the guidance of senior team members
- Handle incoming marketing and communications team requests from business stakeholders
- Assist with collateral updates where relevant and as guided by the Head of Marketing
- Support the build of targeted lists for all email campaigns, events and webinars
- Ensure compliance with all legal and branding guidelines, including stewardship of marketing material through legal and brand approvals
- Assist with sponsorship, event and conference requirements as needed
- Assist with website refresh and maintenance
What you need to have:
- Degree in marketing and communications
- 3-5 years experience in a marketing & communications role within financial services (exposure to funds management highly desirable)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including PPT and Excel
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong initiative and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of writing for different channels and audiences
