Join a vibrant and fast-paced marketing team of one of Australia's renowned fitness brands. As a vital member of the team, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and contribute to our brand's market presence and achievement of important business objectives and KPIs.
The Position
In this role you will work within a collaborative team that gives you exposure to an array of marketing from National Campaigns through to targeted Local Store Marketing. You will lead asset delivery across multiple channels including retail store, online, social and edm. You’ll be working for a business that is rapidly growing online and has a footprint of 35 stores nationally.
Your duties will include:
- Assist with delivery of end-to-end campaigns to market and work with the inhouse team and other stakeholders to ensure all advertising material is provided correctly in a timely manner.
- Proofing and editing content across various assets to ensure content adheres to brand tone of voice and is executed with accuracy.
- Support various marketing projects as needed (e.g., local campaigns creation, local store email targeting, category initiatives/product launches).
- Coordinating content/product integration across various marketing initiatives.
- Supporting with communications and store support.
- Gathering data across a range of platforms for team analysis and reporting on LAM results for the marketing team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyse marketing data, such as campaign performance metrics and customer feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, managing budgets, and coordinating with external vendors.
About You
You will be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail and you’ll have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Other attributes include:
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
- Customer-focused and driven by results
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborative work approach with both the team and key business partners to achieve objectives.
