In this role, you will successfully contribute to the growth of income and value of our client’s asset through the development, delivery and measurement of strategic marketing and engagement plan ensuring effective sales and traffic driving initiatives.A snapshot of the role:
- Work with the Centre Manager on development and implementation of annual marketing strategy
- Work with tenants to provide advice on upcoming promotional campaigns and events
- Build and foster positive community relationships to ensure the Centre is well represented
- Ensure consistency in application of the Shopping Centre brand to the market and its stakeholders
- Monthly reporting to the client
- Managing the Centre’s social media platforms, website and EDM’s

This is what we’re looking for:To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the “adding value” link between marketing activities and performance of the client’s investments.You’re a collaborative team player, and you’ve got a positive approach to meeting client’s needs whilst managing expectations in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.Competency with Adobe Suite will be highly desired, but not essential.
