What would your Day-to-Day look like?
Under the guidance of the Marketing team & Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the centre’s marketing strategy. Positioned at the forefront of customer and retailer engagement, your role is instrumental in supporting the delivery of an innovative and strategic marketing plan. This dynamic contribution ensures an exciting and vibrant atmosphere delivering best in class events, promotions and activations at the Centre.
Are you someone with?
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising or a related field (desirable);
- Relevant experience in retail marketing or a similar role;
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop exciting concepts and plans;
- Experience in developing and implementing multichannel content and campaign strategies; integrating new technologies in shopper journey and using dynamic data in creative ways to capture and convert customers in Centre;
- Experience collaborating with community groups to deliver culturally significant events;
- Experience in major events and delivery of campaigns and activations;
- Experience in interpreting data to drive digital and social growth and engagement;
- Understanding various digital marketing platforms, channels, and best practices;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, as well as attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills;
- Experience in CRM systems, CMS, Social channels, Google Analytics, eDM and mobile marketing; and
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe product suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite. Photography and videography skills will be advantageous.
