About Gelatissimo
Fresh, artisanal, delicious. The Gelatissimo story began in 2002 where our first store opened in the heart of Sydney. Churning gelato in store, using secret traditional Calabrian family recipes, the word of mouth spread and before long, there were queues out the door and new store openings followed.

What's the role?
Full training will be provided, and the main responsibilities will include:
- Develop, create and execute social media strategy aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and market trends across Australian and International markets (where applicable)
- Create and edit engaging content calendar and manage day-to-day execution across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube (and any new platforms that may arise).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly, and manage community engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics regularly to optimize content strategy, increase follower growth, and enhance overall social media presence.
- Collaborate with Area Managers and Franchisees to develop localised marketing tools and activities tailored to specific store locations
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including signage, flyers, and promotional merchandise for individual stores.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives, gathering feedback from store managers and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, brand advocates, and community partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Monitor influencer partnerships, track performance metrics, and provide recommendations for optimising future collaborations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing communications, and sales to ensure alignment of social and local store marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the performance of social and local marketing efforts, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Able to communicate well and be able to think on your feet
- No experience required! The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or relevant.
